Olympic Games in ancient Greece.
The Olympic Games were held in honour of their gods. They started in 700bc in honour of Zeus (a god).No women were allowed to watch or participate in the Olympic Games only male Greeks were allowed.

Archimedes
Archimedes was a scientist and was known as “The wise one”, “The Master” and “ The great geometer”. He invented some parts in mathematics, geometry and physics. He also made weapons for King Hiero 2 to help protect the Syracuase.
